Vitruvia is on a mission to bridge the skills gap for career starters so that they become confident, capable citizens who contribute productively to their communities and economies.

What do we deliver?

We create human skills training programmes and tools that meet fundamental 21st century Government and industry growth requirements.

We believe that working in partnership with Governments and industry enables educators to align

skills training with job markets and economic objectives to unlock human potential.

What makes our programmes so successful?

Programmes, underpinned by our Human Skills Matrix, are comprised of micro modules, delivered via our LMS. Our pedagogy enables differentiated content to meet the needs of specific categories of learners, such as women.

Our Human Skills Matrix is a system which provides stakeholders with a common language framework and clear taxonomy for human skills acquisition across cognitive and metacognitive, and social and emotional competencies. It draws from a range of international and national theories, research papers and frameworks.

What our clients say about our work

  • The CITB

‘Sally and Tina have been a pleasure to work with delivering CITB's Virtual Taster Commission. The virtual taster video and supporting materials they produced have been warmly welcomed and utilised by many schools, colleges and educational establishments across England, Scotland and Wales.

The team took their time to understand the requirements of the project and the messages that CITB and Go Construct wanted to convey. The materials positively promote construction as an aspirational career path and support individuals to make good career choices. They were crafted in a professional and engaging way that encapsulated various careers in the construction industry and aimed to increase the number of individuals considering a career in construction. The materials produced via this project will prove a valuable resource for teachers, careers advisors, employers and STEM Ambassadors in their quest for encouraging more individuals to consider construction as a potential career option.’

  • The CEC Leadership Programme

I have always found them to be approachable, flexible, collaborative and willing to  learn in order to make their offer better.

Their administrative process are efficient and effective and their customer service has  always been professional.

The quality of service delivery has been good, sessions have been well-received and  have been developed in partnership.

  • S O'Reilly, Springfields

‘Fantastically pitched to suit the learning needs of our Autistic students. The materials used were specific to their special educational needs, helping them to realise that Autism is not a barrier to work but a “Super power”
